do we have to run datapatch after 11g DB was upgraded to 12c from the command line using catctl.pl ?

In the  catupgrd_datapatch_upgrade.log I'm seeing:

Current state of SQL patches:

Bundle series DBBP:

  ID 160419 in the binary registry and not installed in the SQL registry

Adding patches to installation queue and performing prereq checks...

Installation queue:

  Nothing to roll back

  Nothing to apply
