How to Add LOV in OAF supplier form

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to add few LOVs in Oracle OAF form of supplier in Oracle R12

In supplier,  we have to add few LOVs of owner , legal entity etc for reporting purposes at Supplier- > Business Classification page.

Requesting your help on how should I achieve the same?
