How do I find out the VMware SCSI ID for a virtual disk in Solaris?

For example I have this virtual disk in the VM settings. How do I find out which device (es. c3t2d0) it is in Solaris?

Or, the other way around: I have a zpool or a device in Solaris I want to get rid of; how do I find out which disk it is in VMware?

I looked for a way to find out the SCSI ID (2:0 in this picture), with some tools like prtpicl -v, prtconf, smbios etc but none of them seem to have the SCSI ID.

Howdy, Stranger!
