Sales Order lines getting closed despite hold

Hello Team,

We have a hold to prevent Bill Only Lines from getting closed. Although the Hold has been defined with the Workflow Activity set to 'Close Line', the line status changes to 'Interfaced to Receivables' soon after the sales order is booked.

Should'nt the line indefinitely remain in the 'Fulfilled' status instead until such time that the hold has been released.

Please note that the requirement here is not only to prevent the line from getting interfaced to AR but also from closure.

Please suggest if anyone has dealt with a similar requirement before.
