Is it possible to Setting Up Siebel Search without Oracle Secure Enterprise Search in Siebel eCommun

Hi,

I try to use Search in Siebel eCommunications, but it does not work. I try to set up Search Engine Settings but It demands Oracle Secure Enterprise Search.

Can I use Search without Oracle Secure Enterprise Search?
