Work Order Parts List (P3111) have some line items highlighted and locked

Hi ,

I noticed that against a fully completed work order the parts lists quantities ( both the Order Quantity and Issue Quantity fields) are blank and the records are highlighted blue (locked). I checked the BOM ( component's quantity isn't zero in the bill of material or if the highlighted lines in a parts list are having decimals in the component quantity set to an amount larger than the parts list can handle) and the routing but I don't see anything wrong. I also found recently processed orders for the same item without any similar issues. Any suggestions on why that was caused are highly appreciated
