Ho do I stop OEM 12c raising multiple events for the same issue?
Our OEM 12c system (12.1.0.3) has just raised 8 incidents for an out of memory detected in the alert log within 15 seconds, each of which raises an incident in our ticketing system. I would like it to raise one incident for the first occurrence and add subsequent occurrences to the initial incident. Similar events are archiver hung, which recently generated 190 tickets over the course of a weekend, all for the same issue
