Carry Forward of Attachments in ARM

We are in process of implementing ARM 11.2.4.100. Workflow users have a requirement for attachments (local file & URL), that are added to the Summary tab of a reconciliation, to be carried forward from the prior reconciliation period.

When reconciliations are prepared with attachments added to a transaction that is copied from prior period, the transaction level attachments are carrying forward. However, when reconciliations are prepared with attachments added to the summary portion of the reconciliation, these attachments are not carrying forward from prior reconciliation periods.

Is there a way to enable attachments added at the summary level of a reconciliation to be carried forward for the same profile in future reconciliation periods?
