Projects System Administrator Obsolete

I want to run a purge process in Projects (I have R12.1.3 Projects Costing module), and when I try to add the Projects System Administrator responsibility, the only option I see is "Projects System Administrator Obsolete".  Is the process no longer available?

I tried to run the purge process anyhow, and it's not selecting any invoices for Open Projects so something is amiss.

Has anyone used the purge process in Projects?
