MFS Laptop - Is it possible to disable the buttons in the Owner and Assignee table

We would like to prevent engineers from removing or adding task assignments. Is it possible to use the perzonalizations function to hide the buttons? I have tried but I don't see the buttons specifically listed on the form when viewing the personalizations.
