Issue with Only one template

Hi ,

We are facing a new issue , where user sending an mail using F9 option by selecting the template the comments values in html page get copied into the Activity record.

Could you please suggest me the possible root  causes.

Please find the attachment fore more details.

Email Template which contains the below content which is commented out.
