Does PCI constraints to display all 16 digits Internal Employee Credit Card numbers while interfacin

We have a business process where we reimburse internal employee expenses via 3rd party Bank integration to employee credit card accounts. The credit cards are issued by the same Bank. We have a need to share the Credit Card number with the Bank. We are PCI Compliant and have R12.2.4 Credit Card Wallet implemented. However, the interfacing Bank is not a PCI Compliant yet. We are encrypting Credit Card information in the electronic payment file but the Bank is not able to decrypt it. We need to know if encrypting an  internal employee credit card information is PCI Compliance Data
