There is an SLA rule involved with these journals in this status.  I have uploaded the screenshots of the components of the SLA Rule Setups.  The rule is intended to override the Natural Account Segment of the Self Assessed Tax Line with a Constant value when conditions contained within the Custom Source are met and follow the Item line if the conditions are not met.

I need help troubleshooting this SLA Rule so that the accounting for these types of transactions complete successfully.
