Report not download from Oracle FA for only 1 user using IE 8.

Dear All goros,

We have facing nowadays strange issue while download report from Oracle FA report name FAR (Fixed Asset Register) although its huge data report but only 1 user who using IE 8 where report not download successfully, it takes too much time about 6 or 7 minutes & then stuck it.

However other users also using the same browsers like IE 8 but report were successfully uploaded in the system.

Is there required any more settings in system or browsers please advice.
