Intercompany Transaction flow

Hi Experts,

I am currently setting up Intercompany Transaction Flow but I could not find one of the Operating Units involve. What could be the cause? This is in a Vision instance version 12.2.4. The Operating Unit that I want to setup are PRU-Vision Process Industries (US) and Vision Operation.
