Idle time for signal Cfg Product Info

Hi all,

We are facing issues related to eConfigurator Performance. In all the logs, we found that while calling the signal Cfg Product Info, there is an idle time of a few seconds to more than a min sometimes.

Extract from logs:

We couldn't find out why this is happening for this Signal alone. Kindly help!
