Overlapping Simple promotion are not sending price from RFR

Hi,

I have a overlap promotions as below with the approved sequence and the selling price of an item A is $300. Please let me know why Promotions signals to POS are sending same price from RFR?

POS prices are applied on top of regular price whereas RPM calculated on top of 20% promotion price as $240.

Day 1:

1) 03/06/2016 - 12/06/2016 - 50%  - RFR $120 - POS $150

2) 13/06/2016 - 19/06/2016 - 75%  - RFR $60   - POS $75

3) 20/06/2016 - 30/09/2016 - 90%  - RFR $24   - POS $30

Day 2:

4) 01/06/2016 - 30/06/2016 - 20%  - RFR $240 - POS $24 (How this price is getting calculated)
