Services relocation

Hi,

In a one node RAC , i want to switch the services from NODE one to NODE 2 but getting the following Error.

error in relocating oracle 11g Rac one node instance

bash-3.00$ srvctl relocate database -d orapri -n ora-server2  -w 30 -v

Configuration updated to two instances

Online relocation failed, rolling back to original state

Configuration reverted back to one instance

PRCD-1222 : Online relocation of database "orapri" failed but database was restored to its original state

PRCD-1129 : Failed to start instance orapri_2 for database orapri

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.orapri.db on node ora-server2

CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.orapri.db' on 'ora-server2' failed
