How to make the second level views collpase to icons and expand to full view names when using side m

Hi Open UI experts,

I have a requirement where the customer by default wants to use the side menu navigation as available in Siebel IP2015 but want the second level view tabs to appear constantly i.e in current side many the second level view tabs appear as toggle,they want the same toggle but the toggle should collapse to icons and open up to show the screen view tab names .Could you please suggest how can we achieve this functionality?
