User have "No access"

Hello,

As an admin, I created a new Entity with 10 children. In the form (HFM), if I select the parent, I can see the children's result.

I want the other users, with a security level "Intermediate-9", can access to the parent result in the form. At this moment they have "NO ACCESS" (they just can see children separately).

Can you help me please?
