Can Withholding Invoices be created in a currency different than the Ledger functional currency?

Hi Folks,

I am facing the below scenario:

Primary Ledger is setup with currency USD.
Create invoices with withholding tax in currency ARS.
Pay the invoices.
Withholding amount is calculated at payment time.
Withholding invoice is automatically generated to pay the Tax Authority.

Problem: The withholding invoice is generated in the currency USD, not in ARS.
Business needs to pay in ARS.

Problem: The withholding invoice is generated in the currency USD, not in ARS.

Business needs to pay in ARS and they do not want to change the functional currency from USD to ARS due economic reasons.
