How do I set HR:Query Only Mode profile at responsibility level to restrict access to view-only for

Hello!

In answer to a recent question, I was provided the answer "Set HR Query Only profile at responsibility level to restrict access to "view only" for all HR/Payroll forms in a menu."

This was a great answer. However, when I went to try to do this, I realize I can't figure out how!

The documentation that I've found is vague and, ultimately, not too helpful!

If anyone can either tell me how this would be done or point me to some clear,concise instructions, I'd be most grateful!
