Bug in Agile PLM 9.3.4

I created a JMS destination in java client.when i test its showed me test successful and destination status also showing success.

Destination status showing me success for same destination even if  i provided wrong credentials.

And i am not able to delete this destination.

it showing me object is already in use(i deleted all subscribers and events which is associated with this destination).

I have all delete privileges.

Please provide solution.....
