ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

In my database running in oracle 10g Linux platform. while starting listener in oracle id it's working fine, but if i start some other id (ORANET ) account it's starting but its showing error while client connection (ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed). it should be run in oranet.
