HTTP Notification to CC&B when report completes

I have a post process in CC&B that I want to trigger after a report set to generate hundreds of PDF files (through bursting) completes. I'm trying to accomplish this using HTTP notifications from BI Publisher. I've created an HTTP notification server pointing to http://localhost:6500/XAIApp/xaiserver and set the report to send a notification to this server when it completes. I haven't been able to get this working as I am not seeing any messages appearing on xai.trc in CC&B. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or perhaps there's a better approach to this?

BI Publisher version is 11.1.1.7.141014
