Duplicate TIN configuration

On the Supplier Portal, if the supplier enters a duplicate tax ID number, a popup window appears (See Supplier Portal Issue Attachment) Under "Contact US" and the user ends up with the troubleshoot email instead of helpdesk. Message does not need to be populated. Best way to go about getting rid of the message?
