Identify obsolete versions of applications?

In preparation for an upgrade, I wrote a quick little UBE to show report versions that haven't been run since xx/xx/xx. Hopefully we can mark some of those as Do Not Merge so we keep that garbage out of the new environment.

To do that, I use the F983051 and focus on the VED field.

Is there any way I could do something similar for programs? Is there a way to tell if certain versions of programs (screens) have been accessed? We have a lot of old versions set up out there for divisions of the company that have long since been sold off, etc.
