Capture Last Login Date

I'm using OAM/OUD 11.1.2.3, and I'm trying to enable capturing the obLastSuccessfulLogin, but haven't been able to find one place with all the directions step by step.  Here's what I've done, and it partially works...

Using ODSM

On the Schema tab, select Object Classes in the left window

Filter for orclUser, which displays both orclUser and orclUserV2

Click on orclUserV2 and click the "+ Add" button for Optional Attributes

Scroll to the bottom of the list 

In the blank row, type "oblastsuccessfullogin"

Click the Apply button

On the Security tab, select Password Policy in the left window

Click on Default Password Policy
