How to restrict the item to be transacted

Hi there,

We use internal sourcing so when the end user enters a requisition in iProcurement for an item that is set for internal sourcing, the item sourced from inventory organization. Then, the requisition created a sales order in Order Management for picking.

Specific business scenario we deal with is when the product requires a certain skill set to use it or training, Warehouse should not ship the item to the department and restrict the item transaction for the program area.

Is there a way of restricting or limiting the locations that the item can be delivered to? How can the item be restricted for certain locations?
