Two-factor Authentication (e.g., CAC/PKI) for WebLogic 12c Admin Console

I've searched the community, and I've read the WebLogic manuals, but I cannot find a concise (e.g., "cookbook") description of how to implement two-factor authentication for the Administration Console (browser interface) for WebLogic Server 12c.

Can anyone point me to this documentation?
