Calculation of fuel cost on the basis of litres consumed

Hello,

We are implementing OTM on a client, who is itself a carrier (Service Provider). They want their shipment's cost to be calculated on the basis of quantity of fuel consumed.

They want their below specific requirements to be covered:

1. Fuel Rates for different petrol pumps to be pre-recorded in the system.

2. Shipment's cost to be calculated on the basis of quantity of fuel consumed by it

3. Analysis of their vehicle as well as driver's performance on the basis of the fuel consumed by their vehicles.

As per my initial research I have found out that these requirement can be met through Accessorial codes and rate factors. But I have not been able to reach any solution.
