XLA/ZX tables cleanup after Finance purge

Hi!

We have purged 2007-2013 data in Financials as preparation for the 12.1 ->12.2 upgrade.

We have pretty big XLA/ZX tables as well >

XLA.XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS (22Gb)

ZX.ZX_LINES_DET_FACTORS (5,7Gb)

XLA.XLA_AE_LINES(4,5Gb)

The more data is there, the more upgrade process will take time...

As we purged the Finance data, we have orphan data in ZX/XLA tables for the transactions that no longer in Finance.

ER Bug 6316302  for purge that data from XLA/ZX tables was logged in 2007 and now its 2016. So no progress for 9 years , no fix in 12.1.3, no fix in 12.2
