Unable to write to folder in an ASM diskgroup

I am trying to restore a RAC production database on to non-prod RAC database on ASM. Here is the error.

I am thinking it RMAN can't create datafile 1 in +QANEXT_DATA/qanext/DATAFILE on the destination.
