Item description 2 on Purchase inquiry screens?

Dear team ,

Please let me know if we have any purchase order inquiry screens where we can see Item description 2 .  P4310 - W4310A - which is detail revision of an order we can see description 2  , but W4310g which generally uses for the inquiry do not have this option . Let me know if we can find this info in any other PO inquiry screen such as any One view
