UDC category code 22 in FA Master

Hi

How to get the blank UDC value, by mistake while adding the UDC value I have replaced the blank UDC and now the system is giving error when I open the Fixed asset master " Not defined in the User Defined Value", Category Code 22 for the old asset master records.

I tried to add a Blank UDC with a   .     in the description but the system is not accepting that.

Please advise
