Time Out Notifications Exceptions

Hi,

Good Morning, I had a requirement on time out notification in SSHR. We had set the time out notifications for one month. If supervisor/ Any Approver not taken any action on the notifications(Personal Information/ Leave Management / Special Information Type etc) it will escale to the next level. Example: Supervisor is not taken any action then it will escalate to the supervisor's supervisor.

But my requirement there is any exception can we make on time out notifications(because management people doesn't want to receive any notifications). How can i exclude them from the time out notifications.please let me know
