PM work order report

Hi all,

We need an concurrent program  for maintenance work bench simulation functionality. Has any one developed a report for the out put of PM schedule information. In simple we are looking an alternate for generate work order concurrent program which will simulate PM work orders but not actually create.

If any one developed a similar report, please guide us
