Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We have Oracle Linux 5.8 with Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 ASM
Is it possible to change multipath.conf and load changes online?

We cannot stop database.

Unfortunately, I do not have another server with FC to test it.

Is multipathd reconfigure safe in such scenario?

If I restart multipathd will it affect running IO?
