R12.1.3: SR - Create Tasks Use Template

We are on 12.1.3

Form Application : Service

Form Name : CSXSRISR

Form Version : 12.0.208.12010000.21

Form Last Modified : $Date: 2015/09/15 22:52  $

 

Step1: Create SR and save the record

Step2: Create Tasks tab - Use Template

And user selects the Template group name  and assignee field value(from LOV)

Create tasks.

Step3:Save the record.

Step4:Now Click Use Template and noticed that the Assignee field is still having the assignee field .--We dont want Assignee field to show the old selected value.

If we click cancel and click Use Template or requery the SR and click use template,the assignee field is blank.(but user might miss it do this step and will wrongly assigned to wrong people and create operational issue.
