Siebel CRM: For RTC embedded fields, UI renders the text correctly using bold, underline, fonts, etc

Siebel CRM: For RTC embedded fields, UI renders the text correctly using bold, underline, fonts, etc. This text is stored in the DB with all the HTML tags. However, in BI Publisher , the HTML tags are displayed, the formatting is lost.

How do we get BI Publisher to render the formatting from RTCEmbedded fields? Please sugggest.
