Siebel Authentication through Oracle Unified Directory not working

Dear Techies,

Tried to configure Oracle Unified directory as authentication service for  Siebel Application. I am getting following error in log file: However, TestUser is exist in Oracle Directory server and able to login through same user from different application.  So, Please share some inputs on this issue.

OUD - 11.1.2.3.0

Siebel - 8.1.1.11

OS - Linux
