How to order Goods and Rate based Temporary Labour in a PO ?

Hello Experts,

We need to order for Goods and Rate based Temporary labour together to a Supplier. This is for the fencing service where the PO includes cost of goods like Metal Net, Wooden Pole etc as well as temporary labours for installing these fence.

Goods lines will have UOM as each, Sq Meter etc whereas the temporary labours work on hourly rate basis. Could you please advise how can we do this in a single PO for a particular fencing work. We are in R12.2.4 version of oracle eBS.
