Patch 11.2.0.3 with latest PSU

Bonjour,

   this might sound like a stupid question but to me, there is nothing really crystal clear about Oracle patching system.

Let say the current version of my database is Oracle 11.2.0.3 and I want to apply latest PSU, what would I choose?  PSU 11.2.0.4 which will bring my database to the latest revision?
