ADZDPATCH Concurrent Program not running during Online Patching Cycle

We are in the process of implementing E-Business Suite 12.2.5 and have noticed that the "Online Patching In Progress" concurrent program (ADZDPATCH) is not running during Online Patch Cycles as we would expect. Which this doesnt appear to create any specific issue as we move through the phases of the cycle, it is something that would need to be resolved.

Within the file "adzdshowlog_cleanup.out in $ADOP_LOG_HOME/21/prepare_20160606_174201/$CONTEXT_NAME", I see the following extract:
