R12,2 upgrade and Release version

We are in the process of doing our first test upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5.
I have completed the 10124646.drv, and now am wondering if I need to apply the 12.2.5 RUP patch.
I downloaded the V77840-01_1of9.zip - 1-9 install cd's, which were marked as the 12.2.5 cd pack.
But when I run the $AD_TOP/sql/adutconf.sql, it shows everything at the 12.2.0 level:
