EFT Numbers separate with Cheques Numbers

We have one company that issues cheques and EFT’s from the same bank account. Next Payment Number  (F0030.NXTC)  is currently being used for cheques.

How can we use a numbering system that is separate from the cheque numbers and EFT numbers?
