EM12C:OPatch applicable for target is not present in the Software Library

Hi There,

I'm running EM12c (12.1.4.0) on Red Hat Linux 6.

I'm trying to deploy Oracle PSU patch (22502456) on Oracle target database 11.2.0.4 from OEM "Provisioning and Patching"

I have created a plan to deploy the patch and during the wizard step every things are fine but the deployment fails with the following error message:

PREREQ_MESG:The selected patches are either interim patches or patchsets.

ERROR: OPatch component applicable for target"xxxx" is not present in the Software Library

PREREQ_STATUS:FAILED

I have checked the Software Library and I could see that the Opatch for the Oracle version is in the Software Library
