Cannot change Catalog type in BI Publisher -> Administration

Hi All,

I'm trying to change Catalog Type in BI Publisher -> Administration -> Server Configuration -> Catalog (section) from Oracle BI Publisher - File System to Oracle BI EE Catalog.

Then clicked apply button and do servers bounce (WLS Managed Servers + OBIEE Services through opmn).

Each time I did restart of managed server then configuration is changing back to Oracle BI Publisher - File System.

No Error appears, just configuration of catalog is reverting back.

Do you have any suggestions what is causing this?
