Blanks Invalid Error

I'm having an issue with R51444, which is a Profit Recognition UBE that creates journal entries for the Profit Rec process.  What it does is create journal entries based on the values in F5144 (Profit Rec workfile) for a selected business unit.  In short, it creates entries to record revenues earned based on the percentage of completion, and also entries to record the amount of underbilling/overbilling.  So there are 2 parts to the JEs that get created in the process.  The problem is that for certain jobs (not all), the UBE is erroring on half of the entry.  It is
