Namespace in IC lement in siebel outbound SOAP message

Hi,

I am hitting an outbound web service(exposed by a java host) from siebel which returns failure. As per them they are getting null in bean object. The same service when called from SOAP UI works fine. On comparision I found that the SOAP message generated with siebel has an added namespace ' <ns:arg0>' at IC element tag.This is not present in SOAP UI message when this is removed(manually by pasting the siebel XML and hitting from SOAP UI)the response is correct. To correct it from siebel I have set the "XMLTagNamespace" user property on the IC as blank.('
